Location: Nairobi based You will be a driven individual, strong communicator and have a 'hands on' style. You will be required to support our established Development Team in the development of the Company’s products, whilst improving upon your existing relevant knowledge and skills. You will be expected to maintain a good awareness of new/emerging and innovative technologies and provide excellent customer service at all times. You will be expected to be able to take ownership of projects given to you by the Lead Developer and deliver to deadlines whilst keeping your team informed of any progress/issues. Required: Experience in developing and implementing frontend designs. Strong UI and UX knowledge and skills. Experience in a team working and strong people skills. Experience writing tests and using testing frameworks. Modern JS development experience including React and Redux or similar. Proficient using HTML5 and CSS3. Experience with ES6, Webpack, Babel, NPM. Able to write clear, clean and documented code. Comfortable using version control, primarily Git. Familiar with RESTful APIs. Desirable: Experience with mobile development. Experience with Python and or C# Knowledge of Digital Forensics. Knowledge of file formats and raw data structures.
